After contacting my local HVAC shops, I expanded my search & found Goad Heating & AC (90 miles away!). I told them I was 90 miles from Chillicothe, yet they were happy to travel the distance. Kevin & Chase came down & installed a high efficiency American Standard AC unit for less than anyone could near me. He also set me up with an inexpensive service plan & guarantees all of their work.
Speaking with Kevin on the phone he treated me kindly, respectfully, & it felt like he was working with me instead of trying to just shake me down for every penny. He has state of the art “mini split systems” that I am going to install at my business!
I was very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and good work done by the technician. He went above and beyond. They will now be our regular service provider for heating and cooling.
Everyone else I called was rude, short with me, talked down to me, and was over priced for cheap equipment (News flash—google searching the quality of equipment is easy, yet other companies will still try to sell junk for the price of gold).

He was friendly and professional. Since they were super busy at the time, they couldn’t get to us for a few days, however it was well worth the wait! Goad HVAC was thorough, professional, and gave us several options. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was much lower than anyone else I spoke with. Our AC is now working and I will use them again for sure!
