Jacob was amazing. Phenomenal work by a knowledgeable tech. In fact, this guy was so great he cleaned my entire house and walked my dog. I would highly recommend his tax advice. I'm going to write-in Jacob in 2020.
We saw Ray uptown one morning and shared a story about our unit. He spoke with the office and within fifteen minutes we had an appointment set that afternoon to check things out at home. While he was there he serviced the unit for winter.
