Great service and atmosphere. Waitress was attentive to our needs and made sure we were happy. Menus need to be updated some items have either been taken off or changed. Overall great place to go for either a simple date night or hanging out with friends getting drinks and half appetizers.
I have been there several times. Sometimes the service is decent and other times it has been pretty bad. Food has been good and the last time we went the service was great.
Waitress was rude and hateful. We had a very emotional and trying day. We just needed to calm down and not feel rushed. She never asked to refill our drinks and never came to check about our order. She got hateful when we asked questions about certain things. Then she charged us the wrong price for 3 items. We were over charged by $15 dollars. I won't sit in her area ever again.
Ordered a steak with green beans and mashed potatoes.
A very good meal - super compared to what I've had at other Applebee's.
Clean, prompt drink order, time between appetizer and entrees were perfect. Our server was friendly, making us "feel at home"-yet recognized my husband and I were there to visit with one another. This Applebee's has got it together and completely understands what true customer service means!!!
Very good steak (to order, medium rare, nicely seasoned). Superb green beans. I normally dislike green beans but these may have been the best I've had. Potatoes were very good too.
